NCSC Runs General Membership Drive- Becomes the Largest Club of NUST
NUST Community Services Club conducted General membership drive in H-12 campus in December for a time period of 3 weeks. The organization conducts numerous community engagement programs all through the year, which includes seminars, Blood donation drives, tree plantation, bonfire and much more. All of these programs have one purpose i.e. serving the community in the best way possible.

General membership drive was conducted for the same purpose of getting as many members involved in community work as possible and giving them a chance of serving their community.

This time General membership was of two categories. One was totally free where the general members get to be notified for all the NCSC activities so that they can also take part and second was by the name of “Gold Members” which was of Rs100. This membership was really special; it had benefits not only for the members availing this membership, like free entry to all movie nights conducted by NCSC and 10 percent discount at any outlet of Manolo Gelato but it also had a greater purpose, as the amount generated from it was reserved for the NUST Student Fee Fund, designed to help the NUST students financially, who face difficulty in paying their university fee.

GMD’13 was the most successful drive conducted so far as NCSC became a community of 3000 members making it the largest student organization within NUST.  An appreciation meeting was held at the end of the drive, which was attended by Director Student Affairs Brig. Bajwa, Principal SMME Dr. Ghaffor and Faculty Sponsor Dr. Irtiza, in which they appreciated the work done by the council members.
