An orientation session was held for the newly elected executive council of NUST's largest student’s society, NUST Community Service Club (NCSC) on 21 November, 2014. The event kicked off at 3:40 p.m at SMME auditorium. The new executives received a warm welcome from their seniors. The faculty advisor of NCSC, Dr. Syed Irtiza Ali Shah, addressed the executives and offered them words of praise and inspiration.

A documentary was shown to the audience to motivate them in their cause for serving humanity. This was followed by a short tea break. After the resumption of affairs the participants viewed another short documentary. The first phase of the orientation ended with a group photo of the entire council as new members officially became a part of NCSC family.

The second phase was an informal one with fun activities and different games being organized in the SMME parking. As executives were divided into groups it provided a great opportunity for the members to bond and interact with each other in a relaxed and cordial environment. The night was brought to a close with a special pizza treat for the executives. It proved to be a great event due to the great organization and hospitality of the organizing committee.
