​Dr Abdul Ghafoor, Principal & Dean

Dr Abdul Ghafoor has done Bachelor and Master in Aerospace Engineering from College of Aeronautical Engineering, Pakistan and University of Cincinnati, Ohio, USA respectively. He has also done PhD in Robotics from University of Salford, UK. He has worked as a visiting professor in Kings College London and has also been a Fulbright Scholar at University of Florida, USA. Dr Ghafoor has over 50 publications in the journals and conferences of international repute.

Dr Ghafoor has been Head of Mechanical Engineering, Dean and Vice Principal of College of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. His research interests include, Grasping and Fine manipulation in Robotics.
 
Presently, he is serving as Principal and Dean of School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, National University of Sciences and Technology.
