Dr. Awais M. Kamboh’s
paper titled: "Computationally Efficient Neural Feature Extraction for
Spike Sorting in Implantable High-Density Recording Systems," has been
accepted in IEEE Transactions on Neural Systems and Rehabilitation
Engineering (TNSRE). IEEE TNSRE is an ISI indexed journal with a 5-year
impact factor of 3.95. The work presents a novel technique for
processing of neural signals to be used in implantable brain-machine
interfaces and brain-controlled artificial limbs.
