Dr. Waqas A. Cheema is currently working on water and energy integrated systems to provide economically viable and sustainable solutions to the communities. Following technology based innovations has now been in commercialization phase

1.1 Textile and hospital wastewater treatment

1.3 Swimming pool water technology system

Dr. Cheema is member and actively involved in following global associations by contributing through development and commercialization of technology-based innovations: 

International Ozone Association (IOA), International Ultraviolet Association (IUVA), American Water Works Association (AWWA), International Water Association (IWA), Young Water Professionals Denmark (YWPDK)

Dr. Cheema is contributing knowledge as being reviewer of the following globally reputed journals:

4        Organizational contributions in EU

Dr. Cheema has experience of organization, development, and commercialization of technology-based innovation in existing firms as well as the formation, development, and growth of technology-based new enterprises. About ten years of working experience in research and development projects across Europe. The experience was shared through cultural-intelligence while working in United Kingdom, Netherland, Greece, France, Norway, Denmark, Sweden.   

5        Project management experience

Dr. Cheema has been working for several years in the area of entrepreneurship and strategic project management in United Kingdom. Experience of exhibiting responsible ethical behaviour towards subordinates through creating a working environment where employees feel secure, protected, and confident in knowing that there is no room for injustice or discrimination. Exposure of serving as a catalyst for converting ideas into products, services and infrastructure.  Proven to be versatile and flexible within any situation of risk, but still be able to drive the results needed to succeed. Experience of leading between and across multiple projects successfully.
