​​Engr. Fahim Ullah holds an MS degree from National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) H-12 Islamabad, Pakistan and is currently serving as Lecturer in the Dept. of Construction Engineering & Management (CE&M). With research interests in Construction management, Project financing, Public private partnerships (PPP), Project management (including planning, scheduling, control, etc.), Contract/delivery methods, Supply chain management, Sustainable development, Construction safety management, systems dynamics and the risk management, Engr. Fahim is well positioned to conduct teaching and research in the CE&M. His MS Thesis is titled as “Estimating Concession Period for Public Private Partnership (PPP)-based Infrastructure Development: Application of LCCA for Highway Projects”. He is currently supervising a number of undergraduate students at NUST. He has links with experts of construction engineering management at Australia, UK and USA. Engr. Fahim did has BE Civil Engineering from NUST H-12, Islamabad and conducted first of its kind study during the final year thesis, titled as “Analysis of intelligent buildings in Pakistan”. He has also worked in Bin Nadeem Associates at motorway (M2) project as Assistant Manager (Project Planning) and Malik Abdul Hanan and Sons as Planning Engineer.

Engr. Fahim`s research scope concentrates on the various management aspects of construction and infrastructural projects including but not limited to project management, stakeholder management, public private partnerships, project financing, cost estimation and contingencies, risk management, safety management, project scheduling etc. His interest areas are: 1- public private partnerships, 2- six sigma in construction, 3- risk management and 4- engineering management. He is currently involved in research dealing with major construction issues, BIM based analysis, energy management, smart cities, sustainability and risk management.
