Dr. Ali Tahir received his BSc (Hons) degree in Computing and Information Systems in 2004 from Oxford Brookes University and subsequently a Masters degree in Geographical Information Science (GIS) from University of Nottingham in 2006. Ali completed his PhD in Geoinformatics from the School of Computer Science and Informatics at University College Dublin, Ireland. Recently, he has completed his post-doctorate at the Geoenvironmental Research Centre, School of Engineering, Cardiff University.
