Studying at IGIS encompasses a wide range of learning experiences, including group and individual work, tutorials, seminars, lectures, projects and research in the studios, workshops, classrooms and libraries. If you experience difficulties with your learning, we have learning support systems in place to help you make the most of your time at the university. Your first points of contact are your course instructors who can help you identify and develop your strengths through individual help and advice on learning techniques, both in the classroom and in the studios. University life can be exciting but it can also be stressful. Confidential counseling is also available to all NUST students. If there is anything that is getting in the way of you enjoying life or getting on with your studies, then counseling may help.
