Ms. Saqib is an experienced HR Consultant and academic with seven years of experience. She is a graduate of Lancaster University Management School (Top Ranked University in UK) and is currently enrolled in Leicester University for her PhD in Management. She has been teaching Management, Human Resource, Research Methods, Employment Relations, Recruitment and Selection and Organization Behavior courses to Undergraduates and Postgraduates since 2012 at NUST Business School. Prior to that she was attached with FAST Business School as Lecturer HR.  

She has been working as a HR consultant for the past 6 years. The consultancy has been in the areas of Human resource planning, capacity building, fund raising, income generation, HRD, and nonprofit sector outreach.  

She has also delivered several training on NVivo, Salary Negotiation, Interview Skills, Compensation Planning, Qualitative Research, Employment Relations, and Employment Law. She has 10 national and international publications in  conferences, journals, and international case study forums.​​​​​​​
