RESEARCH INTERESTS:

To study HBV-induced pathogenesis and to identity the role of HBV encoded proteins in HBV chronicity. 
Development of recombinant Hepatitis B surface antigen (rHBsAg) as potential vaccine candidate against HBV infections.
Viral Etiology of Breast Cancer: Integration Sites of MMTV in Breast Cancer Patients and their Potential Role in Cancer Progression   
Therapeutic modulation of Myeloid Leukemia through RNA interference. 
Development of vaccine candidates for treatment of cancers.
