Background and Career
Mr. Sahil Adeem has been an active part of the training and development field for close to 2 decades. He has been working for and with major companies and specialized training organizations around the world. He started his career in 1998 with Genesys Canada, and then became a part of IBM and Bell Canada in Etobicoke and Toronto Canada.
The Corporate Journey
A psychologist by education, and a quality expert by international certifications of SIX SIGMA and ISO, Sahil Adeem has been a part of big teams at senior management positions in Genesys, Bell Canada, Telenor, and China Mobile ZONG Pakistan. He was taking care of training and development in ZONG before he took up the position to head the strategy team of the company into the new 4G era.
He is the active and serving member of the board with; Clock Wise Management CMC- A government consultancy for Water filtration and Transfer of Technology concerns (Germany & Holland) Fresh Foods –The first Pakistani company with a complete Dairy verticals in KPK (Pakistan) Eye Kare Global EKG – A Medical Concern for the new age of Ophthalmology (Pakistan) Integrated Character Education ICE – A children educational concern (Denmark) He is the founder and CEO of Source Code a management training and company with an aim to raise the standards of thinking. Training & Development
He has been a long term L&D consultant for the Pakistan Cricket Board, IBEX Global, PTCL, DGS, Nestle, Ovex Technologies, East Side Services, People Inc Hong Kong, SMT Direct, Premier BPO, VOXdata and Teleperformance in Canada, Pakistan and the united States. He is the first Pakistani to be devising the leadership and management strategy and modules for John Hopkins University for the Neurology department.
Sahil Adeem has widely been published in numerous L&D magazines and journals around the world and is known best for his leadership theories and training curriculum. He has consulted and devised the curriculums for character education and student uplift for School and universities around the globe. He has been on Tour for the universities of Paksitan with the Raise the Standards of thought throughout Pakistan for personal leadership and career development programs and have covered 22 universities with major workshops with an aim to tap 100,000 students to create the first student thinking farm for personal and professional startups of community welfare only.
