MSTB is a state of the art approach to train the best sales leaders in the banking industry and to inculcate sales culture at organizational level. The processes and techniques enable sales leaders to positively change and manage the sales behaviors of all bankers on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Managers leave the workshop with proven skills that result in increased sales, revenues and increased customer satisfaction. Participants are asked to build an action plan during the workshop for each of the critical steps of the KPD’s Key Performance Duties and they will be able to implement the KPD’s immediately after completing the workshop at their workplace. The major focus in the workshop would be given on the Sales Process and its psychology along with proven Sales Management Process and techniques. MSTB is a systematic approach to run the Sales Management Process leading to peak performance and ethical selling.

Discount Policy
§  Early birds: The Early Bird Disc​ount is available for first three participants who register themselves in next 03 days of newspaper advertisement.
§  Multiple-Course Discount: A 10% discount is applied to each course registration when one individual registers for two or more PDC courses at the same time.
§  Multiple-Attendee Discount: A 10% to 15% discount is available for each add-on attendee when multiple attendees from the same company or organization register for the same PDC course offering at the same time.
