MSTB is a state of the art approach to train the best sales leaders in the banking industry and to inculcate sales culture at organizational level. The processes and techniques enable sales leaders to positively change and manage the sales behaviors of all bankers on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Managers leave the workshop with proven skills that result in increased sales, revenues and increased customer satisfaction. Participants are asked to build an action plan during the workshop for each of the critical steps of the KPD’s Key Performance Duties and they will be able to implement the KPD’s immediately after completing the workshop at their workplace.
