Lubna Moin is an educationalist and a researcher. She has fifteen years experience of teaching. She has also worked in industry after her bachelors. She has fourteen research publications in reputable Journals and conferences. She has presented PNEC- NUST on different research forums and she has also awarded best research paper award in 2008 in Florida USA. She has actively participated in designing courses and lab manuals.
 
Lubna Moin has also awarded as a best teacher in EPE in the course taken at PNS Rehnuma. She is also involved in administrative part and is acting as the Officer Incharge of control lab, R & D co-ordinator, Course officer of semester III and as an Internal Auditor.  She was a member of IEEE USA, IIIS USA and PEC Pak. She is very devoted to her responsibilities
