Mr. Bashir Bilal did his MS in Computer Sciences, from Preston University, Islamabad in 1998. He joined College of Signals – NUST in early 2005. He has proved to possess rare expertise of the complex software development. His professional skills in latest software development tools have been tested under practical environment, which proved him a thorough professional and a motivated individual. He has designed and developed several very handy software applications for automation of college’s routine operations. He is supervising and providing guidance to UG/PG students in completing their software projects. He is also teaching modern programming languages as well as advanced programming techniques. His knack over software development coupled with his research potential makes him an extremely useful member of the faculty.

Indigenous Software Projects: Designed & developed following software applications for automation of college’s routine operations:-
Resources’ Information and Management System (RIMS): Manages administrative hierarchy, appointments, employees, login accounts, applications’ roles, permissions and privileges.
Electronic Mailing System (eMS): Automation system to facilitate inter-office correspondences and collaboration, for establishment of paperless eOffice.
College Information System (CIS): Manages Courses, Subjects, Instructors, Students and associations among them.
Electronic Dossier (eDossier): Searchable digitized repository of students’ dossiers.
Students’ Attendances Management System (SAMS): Automates roll calls / attendances of students’ class-meetings.
Computer Aided Students’ Evaluation (CASE): Online examination system, incorporating both objective and subjective type questions, automating paper compilation, paper vetting, conducting exams, marking and paper showing.
Results Management System (RMS): Automation system for compilation of students’ results.
