Dr. Muhammad Bilal Khurshid is currently the Assoc. Prof. at Department of Transportation Engineering at Military College of Engineering, NUST Campus at Risalpur, Pakistan. He completed his BE (Civil Engg) degree from Military College of Engg (MCE) Risalpur Cantt in 2001 with honours (4th position). He holds MS Civil Engineering and a Ph.D. Degree (with Transportation Engg as specialization) from Purdue University, USA. He also holds Applied Management Principles Program (Mini-MBA) Certification from Krannert School of Management, Purdue University, USA. Dr. Bilal has more than 20 years of work & education experience in the field of Civil Engineering, especially in transportation engineering and highway asset management. Dr. Bilal has over 65 international/national research publications to his credit.
