Runner Up in SOFe

Effective communication skills play a key role in the success of all the professionals, especially those working in the fields of engineering administration & management. If you want to achieve a successful career, you need to be good at orating, public speaking and presenting your ideas confidently and clearly in front of large audiences.

Ammaar Arshad, a Mechanical Engineering student of Degree-33, participated in the “Speak Out for Engineering” and was declared the “Runner up” of the competition.

“Speak Out for Engineering” (SOfE) is a national level technical presentation competition organized by Institution of Mechanical Engineers (NUST Student chapter). ”SOfE 2013”  took place in NUST(SCME), where 15 graduate and undergraduate students participated from different universities including NUST (SMME), UET (Lahore), UET (Taxila), UET (Rachna Campus) and College of Aeronautical Engineering (Risalpur). The participants were judged by a panel of judges that included engineers from industries like Descon, Millat Tractors and Rastgar.
