We, at the NUST College of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering – make it a point to excel in extra-curricular activities in addition to academics. Toward that end, events are regularly organized in the college providing the students with the opportunity to showcase their skills and polish their talents. One such event was recently organized in May 2013. Called “EME Inertia”, it was an event of technical and practical nature, providing students with a unified platform to display their skills and be rewarded for their creativity across a diverse range of activities.
During the event, competitions ranging from fields as diverse as pure mathematics, airplanes and green energy were held successfully. The occasion was capped by social events such as a musical concert, a 3D movie, and – last but not the least – plenty of food.
