Dr. Muhammad Umar Farooq received Masters in Computer Science from Quaid-i-Azam University and Masters in Software Engineering from NUST, Pakistan. He received his Ph.D in Computer Science from University Politehnica of Bucharest, Romania in 2015. He is working as an Assistant Professor at NUST College of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering at the Department of Computer and Software Engineering. He is an inventor of 1 awarded US patent and has several years of industry and teaching experience.
