Student Exchange program at Arizona State University ASU and Oregon State University OSU under CAS-EN, USAID
The USAID funded Center for Advanced Studies in Energy at NUST (CAS-EN) is pleased to announce the competition for the 2015-16 Graduate Student Exchange Program. This program supports a semester long research at Arizona State University (ASU) partnering U.S. University in Energy program.
The recruitment of candidates for this prestigious exchange program is based on an open competition conducted by the CAS-EN Dean, Project Director and HoD, Approval / interviews by Acad. Dte., finally Acceptance by ASU.
· Applicants must be citizens of Pakistan
· Applicants must be currently enrolled in the CAS-EN program at NUST
· Applicants must be proficient in oral and written English at a level appropriate for study in the U.S. · Applicants must be eligible for J-1 visa
· Applicants must receive a satisfactory medical clearance

In order to finalize list of research students (Batch 2013-2015) for the exchange program to US
✓ All students are required to visit the web pages of partner US universities to find out the most suitable Professor and lab well coordinated with their current research themes. However the students are not required to email any professor in US partner university without the permission of CAS-EN administration
✓ Students are expected to spend one semester at US partner university
✓ Financial Support will be provided through USAID project by U.S. partnering University
✓ Eligibility criteria remains same as Scholarship Award including Min. 3.0 CGPA and others
