This is possible through a resource pool consisting of novel ideas and financial seed capital; citing examples from NUST experiences where several prototypes were converted into commercial enterprises, he stressed the need to encourage young entrepreneurs to enter into the market place and test their Ideas in the field. This should result in the output being converted into impact for the economy to flourish.
