A Convocation Ceremony for students belonging to School of Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering (SMME), Atta-ur-Rahman School of Applied Biosciences (ASAB), and School of Natural Science (SNS) will be held on Monday, Nov 17, 2015, to confer Degrees / Certificates / Medals upon BS & MS graduates.
Following graduates of SMME are included:-
(a) UG Mechanical Engineering 2011 Batch
(b) MS Mechanical Engineering Graduated in 2014
(c) MS Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering -do-
(d) MS Design and Manufacturing Engineering -do-
(e) MS Robotics and Intelligent Machine Engineering -do-

g) MS Biomedical Sciences -do-
SNS degree titles are as follows :-

Each graduating student is required to deposit Rs. 3000/- in HBL, NUST account no. “22927000598803” of title “NUST SMME Consultancy Fund” as degree processing fee through bank challan form / demand draft or pay order, latest by Nov 06, 2015, and email a scanned copy of the deposited slip through the above mentioned email addresses.
All those participating/attending this convocation ceremony, MUST bring original CNIC. No Mobile phone, electronic diary, Laptop or any electronic gadget will be allowed inside the ceremony venue. Any student not attending the Rehearsal on 16th November, 2015 will not be allowed to join the Convocation Ceremony.
