C3A is arranging “Personality Assessment and Career Guidance Session” for final semester students of BE (Chemical and Material Engineering). The desired session will facilitate the final semester students of BE (Chemical and Material Engineering) to know about their personality type and subsequently equipping them with the career’s information about their respective fields.
 
Objectives:
The session will have following objectives:
•    The session would be helpful in gaining insight about personality and will enable to understand blockages related to career issues.
 
•    Helping students to understand how their strengths, interests and personality fit together, and gives them ideas about possible career routes.
 
•    Providing information, advice and guidance in making informed and confident decisions about careers that best suits them in accordance with their personality characteristics.
 
Session Details:
8-10 students can be the part of a session. Session will be consisted of two halves. During 1st half personality assessment will be done by a psychologist while in the 2nd half career counselor will provide career guidance in accordance with their personality traits and respective fields.
