Everyone has a sense of how to be happy or contented in his or her own way. Eventually that helps him to maintain his psychological and emotional health. At times due to the busy life schedules and pressures of our daily living, we restrain ourselves from happiness. Taking out time from our daily routine seems a hassle. Keeping in mind the notion of healthy minds have healthy bodies; C3A conducts one day Counseling Camp for students, faculty and staff. One of the key objectives is to raise awareness about mental health and ways to reduce self-created stressors from our lives. Initially it use to be arranged on yearly basis but from this year onwards it will be organized twice year. So far, four Camps have been arranged and the feedback received from the students was really encouraging. Students like to take part in such activities, where they can enhance their mental capacities. The Camp is inclusive of different activities such as Writing and Signature analysis, on the spot Counseling, Career Counseling, Self-hypnosis and Testing.
